Prices:

Week (Friday to Friday): € 779

Weekend (Friday – Monday): € 564

Week days (Monday – Friday): € 336
Week days in high season (jul-aug): 470 €

• Power: you pay DKK 2,50/KWH (€0.34/KWH)
• Deposit: DKK 1500 (€200)
• Cleaning  €128 / DKK 950

• Payment: 25% when confirmation has been received. The remaining 75% and deposit 30 days before arrival.

Conditions:           

• Arrival after 15:00
• Departure before 10:00
• Dogs allowed
• Renter needs to bring bed sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and table cloths
• Firewood included in the rent (within reason)
• Cancellation by e-mail
• -        more than 90 days before arrival date: cost 10% of 1. payment
• -        between 90 and 30 days before arrival date: No refund of the deposit and the rent is only refunded if another renter can be found and even in that case with a penalty of 10% (min. €40 / DKK 300).
• -        Less than 30days before arrival: No refund of deposit or rent. Except if a renter can be found in which case the rent is returned except for a penalty of 10% (min. €40 / DKK 300)
